This is useful if:

• You are not connected to the softphone
• Your internet connection is unstable
• You want calls to reach your mobile directly

How Call Forwarding Works

When someone calls your Virtual Landline number, the system will automatically forward the call to your mobile number.

Requesting Call Forwarding

To activate call forwarding, please submit a support ticket with the following details:

• Your Virtual Landline Number
• The Mobile Number to Forward Calls To
• Your Account Name

Example:

Virtual Landline: 010 123 4567
Forward To: 082 123 4567

Important Notes

• Forwarded calls will use your VoIP call rates.
• Your mobile phone will ring whenever someone calls your landline number.
