Why Your Virtual Landline Is Not Ringing
If your Virtual Landline is not ringing, there may be several reasons.
Reason 1: Zoiper App Is Closed
The Zoiper app must remain running in the background to receive calls.
Solution:
Open Zoiper and confirm the account status shows Registered.
Reason 2: Internet Connection Problem
Virtual landlines rely on internet connectivity.
Check:
- WiFi connection
- Mobile data connection
- Router stability
Reason 3: SIP Account Not Registered
Open Zoiper and check the account status.
If it shows:
Not Registered
Then your phone is not connected to the VoIP server.
Solution:
- Recheck SIP username
- Recheck SIP password
- Restart the application
Reason 4: Another Device Is Logged In
Your SIP account should only be connected on one device at a time.
If another phone or computer logs in with the same credentials, the system may disconnect your device.
Solution:
Log out from other devices.
