Virtual Landline Setup Guide (Zoiper App)
This guide will help you set up your Virtual Landline / VoIP number using the Zoiper application on your smartphone or computer.
Once completed, you will be able to make and receive calls using your business number.
Requirements
Before starting, make sure you have received the following details from Codex Tech:
- SIP Username
- SIP Password
- SIP Server / Hostname
- Your Business Number
If you do not have these details, please open a support ticket.
Step 1: Download Zoiper
Download the Zoiper application on your device.
Android:
Google Play Store
iPhone:
Apple App Store
Desktop:
Windows or Mac versions are available from the Zoiper website.
Step 2: Open the Zoiper App
After installation:
- Open the Zoiper application.
- Select Add Account.
- Choose SIP Account.
Step 3: Enter Your SIP Details
Enter the details provided to you.
